Commissioned by Maddux Creative for a residential project in Chiswick, this bespoke super king headboard presented a number of technical challenges due to its scale and intricate construction. Through careful fabrication, upholstery, and installation, Roads2Joya worked closely with the design team to realise the original concept with precision and attention to detail.

Amica Studio commissioned Roads2Joya to develop and manufacture these bespoke poufs for a private residence in Wimbledon. The brief called for a versatile piece with a clean, contemporary aesthetic that would complement the wider interior while remaining highly functional.
Shimmy stool for Scott Maddux
Scott Maddux commissioned Roads2Joya to develop and upholster this bespoke swivel stool, inspired by the elegance of 1920s design, to showcase its collaboration with Samuel & Sons.
The piece demanded an exceptional level of precision. The upholstery was carefully developed to create perfectly proportioned tiers that allowed each layer of tassel trim to fall naturally, while the decorative edge tape remained crisp and uninterrupted. Every detail, from the concealed upholstery beneath to the final bullion trim, was executed to achieve a refined and seamless finish.
